Nicole Howarth began her career in government affairs as an association manager for the New Jersey Concrete and Aggregate Association (NJCAA) which she continues to stay actively involved in to this day. In this role Nicole sets short and long-term strategic plans, manages personnel, maintains corporate relationships, and oversees event management.
Utilizing her experience with the NJCAA, Nicole expanded her responsibilities to become Administrative Director of the New Jersey Cannabis Industry Association. She helped oversee day-today operations, developed organizational policies for volunteers, updated executives on association performance, maintained Board/Staff relationships, and oversaw event management responsibilities.
At CLB Partners, Nicole currently focuses on association management, fundraising, office management, and legislation and committee tracking. In this latter role, Nicole attends committee hearings and assists clients on staying up-to-date on legislation they support and oppose to help facilitate their action plans for successful client outcomes.
Nicole has participated in political campaigns at the local and county levels. She has helped plan and execute successful fundraising strategies and assist in the day-to-day operations of the campaigns.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Stockton University and was named to the Eta Sigma Delta International Honor Society for Hospitality. She is currently in the Master's Program for Business Administration at Stockton University.
